Liposuction is a minimally invasive surgery, where subcutaneous fat is aspirated by use of a blunt canula attached to a vacuum pump. It is also called lipo-sculpture, lipoplasty or suction assisted lipectomy.

Liposuction has become the most commonly performed cosmetic surgery procedure world – wide. There is a rising trend towards larger volume liposuction. Increasing number of “over weight” people, rising awareness levels, peer pressure to look good and increase in safety profile of liposuction have contributed to the rise in number of surgeries performed and larger volumes being aspirated.

Liposuction is not meant for weight loss, the primary aim is body contouring. When large volumes of fat get aspirated, amount of weight loss also happens. Liposuction works best for spot reductions and for areas resistant to diet and exercises. The more elastic the skin, the better liposuction results.

Liposuction is not a substitute for a poor lifestyle – maintaining the results requires regular exercises and calorie restricted diet. Liposuction removes most of the fat cells on the areas treated, hence the chance of putting on weight in these areas get reduced.

Volume reduction of the subcutaneous fat is followed by healing and readjustment of the skin to the new contour. However, if you have flabby skin as a result of pregnancy or sudden weight loss, the skin will become more sagging after liposuction. Such cases require a “lift tuck” procedure in addition.

Safety aspects

Liposuction can be safely performed by an experienced surgeon and anesthetist. Standard risks of anesthesia exist when the procedure is done under General Anesthesia. As liposuction removes fat under the skin only, without damage to internal organs, there are no long term health risks.

As most of the large volume liposuction are performed under General Anesthesia. Monitored anesthesia is essential. General Anesthesia offers maximum comfort to the patient as circumferential contouring of back, front and sides can be performed without subjecting patients to inconvenient positions.

Bruising, swelling and soreness are to be expected post procedure. These are temporary effects of surgery and are expected to resolve in 3-4 weeks. Major risks include pulmonary edema, hemorrhage, and toxicity from local anesthetic. These are fortunately rare. Patients who are high – risk for pulmonary embolism need appropriate preventive measures.

Large volume liposuction

Aspiration of more than five liters of fat in one sitting is termed large volume liposuction. The proportion of large volume liposuctions being performed is increasing world – wide as more and more surgeons get convinced of its safety. Up to 20 liters can be aspirated in one sitting in well – selected cases and in a hospital setting with good infrastructure. Large volume liposuction is probably better done under GA as most of there cases require circumferential liposuction.

Finer Instruments

Small diameter canulas have improved results in liposuction. There is less chance of contour irregularities and of damage to blood vessels and nerves.
Also the size of access points can be reduced with finer canula. Ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL) and power assisted liposuction (PAL) have reduced surgeons work effort. These new techniques are advantageous on scarred areas and in secondary liposuctions.

Although newer instruments have certain advantages to them, ultimately the quality of result is dependent on the skills of the surgeon.

Lipoplasty is the correct name this why the majority of we know like the liposuction, a cosmetic treatment which it removes the fat content of the thighs, the stomach and the funds and are frequently used when other methods miss. The only problem with this procedure it is that sometimes the fatty returns but not to the area were in the beginning taken of. Although there is more, the two more used techniques of the liposuction are ultrasonic and Tumescent. Most modern of these techniques is Tumescent and converted aesthetic cosmetic procedures the most commonly possible one practiced into America.

The liposuction of Tumescent of the principal reason thus converted popular between the cosmetic surgeons it is because by adding water to the solution it reduces the loss of the blood which arrives when one will use methods more traditional than the liposuction. Also, with the liposuction of Tumescent, the fat content is removed by a smaller tube and this one also helps to reduce the quantity of loss of blood. BY using the liposuction, if the volume of the saline one is three to four times more than the removed fat content one calls Liposuction de Tumescent. By removing the fat content of these difficult to obtain sectors have taste of the higher abdomen, thighs, hips and the part will posterior is possible with the ultrasonic liposuction. It is possible, even if rare, so that lesion interns occurs with the liposuction because the surgeon cannot adequately see where it is the point of test he is once in the body.

It is always in the interest of the patient to discover them all capacity on the process of the liposuction before they entrust to any cosmetic procedure. It there has danger in each procedure medical and although the liposuction is normally sure there when it is carried out by a professional, he is still a risk of side effects and uniform death, although it is very rare – approximately 20 in each 100.000. To reduce the danger to the minimum, the patients of the liposuction must have a doctor to make sure that its health is good and the occasions of complications are decreased. Not to ensure any infection you produce after a treatment, the cosmetic surgeons prescribe antibiotics with the patients of the liposuction and reiterate the importance to maintain any cleaning wounded.

The cosmetic surgery improves all the hour and thus it is the techniques to carry out it and methods to avoid complications. An alternative interesting in the liposuction regular one calls Lipo dissolves that it uses a number of the small injections to dissolve the fat content but it is limited normally to the individuals with the cellulites and the unequal skin. A technique calmer than the liposuction called energy-Assisted impulses of the liposuction in and out of the skin to take towards outside the fat content.

Tumescent Liposuction is one of the latest advances in Liposuction. The Tumescent procedure allows for increased volumes of fat reduction per procedure than was previously possible, while at the same time increasing the safety and well being of the patient.

Tumescent Liposuction is one of the latest advances in Liposuction. The Tumescent procedure allows for increased volumes of fat reduction per procedure than was previously possible, while at the same time increasing the safety and well being of the patient. Surgeons are finding it to be an effective tool in the elimination of stubborn fat on the hips, thighs, stomach, upper arms, and other difficult regions on the body. Patients undergoing Tumescent Liposuction often see reductions of several inches from the hips, thighs and buttocks. In addition to the increased volumes of fat removal, the patient experiences reduced levels of post-liposuction bruising. This is possible due to the continued technological advances in Liposuction equipment and techniques.

Length and details of the Tumescent Liposuction procedure

In Tumescent Liposuction the procedure is further enhanced by the utilization of a special solution in the targeted areas.

During Tumescent liposuction, the targeted areas are injected with a special solution causing the fatty tissue to tumesce. (Swell up) The solution that is injected also includes a local anesthetic that numbs the treated area in addition to temporarily shrinking blood vessels. Next a small tubular device (Known as a Cannula) is utilized to transfer the targeted excess fat into a sterile collection system. With Tumescent Liposuction these components come together to result in fat removal, minimized blood loss, reduced bruising, and a maximization of patient comfort. Furthermore the local anesthesia that is contained in the solutions remains in the treated area for approximately 24 hours benefiting the patient in minimizing post-procedure pain.

Tumescent liposuction recovery time

The downtime is minimal and most people returning to their routines within five to seven days. An elastic compression garment is worn following surgery to help the skin contract and heal. After the tumescent liposuction procedure, most patients can usually return to a desk-type job within a few days. Patients may resume physical activity within five to seven days following the procedure.

Potential Tumescent Liposuction side effects

When performed by an experienced surgeon, tumescent liposuction is a very safe method of fat removal. The complications that may occur are irregularity in skin surface, unevenness, loose skin, numbness, infections and potential scarring. For the most part these complications are infrequent and are typically easily resolved.

Long-term results of Tumescent Liposuction treatments

Differences in physical appearance are often noted immediately. The final results of the procedure will be fully evident within six weeks. Depending on the individual patient’s physical makeup it is possible to experience drops between two to four sizes in clothing. Since fat cells are permanently removed by Tumescent liposuction, weight gain will not occur in the areas which the procedure targeted. It is important that proper diets and exercise routines be maintained as it is possible for patients to gain weight and fat in other areas of the body.

Tumescent Liposuction cost

The price of Tumescent Liposuction will depend on your individual needs. It will also very on your geographic location. As with any procedure, Tumescent Liposuction in New York will cost more than Tumescent Liposuction in Texas. The national average cost of a Tumescent Liposuction procedure runs between $2500 and $3000 for the first procedure.

Will my insurance cover a Tumescent Liposuction procedure?

Because a Tumescent Liposuction procedure is considered an elective procedure, insurance usually will not cover the operation.

When researching liposuction, there are several terms you will frequently encounter. "Traditional liposuction" is one, "ultrasonic liposuction" is another, and yet another commonly used term is "tumescent liposuction". It can all be very confusing! What do these terms mean, how do they relate to one another, and how do you know what is right for you?

What is Liposuction?

Although there were European surgeons practicing some form of surgical fat removal as far back as the 1920’s, modern liposuction has been performed for over 35 years. It was first invented in Italy in 1974 by Dr. Giorgio Fischer, an American working in Rome. During liposuction (also called lipoplasty) surgery, excess fat deposits are removed from beneath the skin using a surgical instrument called a cannula, which essentially is a hollow tube. The movement of the cannula, guided by the surgeon, breaks up fat deposits which are then vacuumed out of the body through the cannula opening.

When the term “traditional liposuction” is used, it refers to the technique used to break up the fat deposits – namely, the movement of the cannula and the removal by suction using a vacuum device called an aspirator. Traditional liposuction is also referred to as SAL, or Suction-assisted liposuction.

In more recent years the technology has evolved and more options are now available to liposuction surgeons. One of these options, developed in the 1980’s, makes use of sound waves to help break up the fat deposits. Referred to as “ultrasonic liposuction”,or UAL, this technique still utilizes a cannula and aspirator; however the cannula is a specialized version which produces ultrasound vibrations within the body. Patents for ultrasonic liposuction devices were first issued in 1987. The fat is liquefied by the sound waves rather than broken up simply by the movement of the cannula. This makes the fat easier to remove and typically results in less blood loss for the patient.

Ultrasonic technology, too, has evolved, becoming more precise and safe. Vaser Liposelection equipment is a third-generation ultrasonic liposuction device which has fine-tuned ultrasonic technology. Utilizing the Vaser system, ultrasonic liposuction becomes extremely precise and very safe. Given the obvious benefits to patients, the Vaser system was selected by The Center for Beautiful Bodies as one of their preferred liposuction techniques.

Liposuction Methods

There is another way of labeling liposuction that does not depend on the equipment used, but instead categorizes the surgery according to how much and what type of fluid is injected into the target site by the surgeon.

The Dry technique, just as it sounds, is performed without any fluid being injected into the area. This technique is no longer common, mostly because it requires general anesthesia and results in significantly more blood loss than the ‘wetter’ techniques. Also, the potential complications associated with general anesthesia, plus potential damage to the tissues surrounding the targeted fat, make this a less desirable option.

With the Wet technique, a mixture of fluid, including local anesthetic, saline solution and adrenaline is injected into the target area. This reduces swelling and bruising, significantly reduces blood loss, and removes the need for general anesthesia from the liposuction procedure.

The amount of solution injected is the difference between “wet” and “tumescent” techniques; with the “tumescent” technique up to 5 times the amount of fluid is injected. This makes the target area firm and inflated. Using the tumescent technique aids the surgeon to extricate the fat in a smoother, more controlled manner. In addition, there is less chance of damage to surrounding tissues, and patients typically recover in a shorter period of time

The tumescent technique was invented by Dr. Jeffrey Klein, a California cosmetic surgeon, in 1986. Dr. Klein pioneered the use of tumescent solution in liposuction surgery. His mixture includes:

Adrenaline, to reduce bleeding by temporarily closing capillaries

Lidocaine for local anesthetic value

Bicarbonate to reduce acidity, thereby reducing the discomfort of the patient

These ingredients are combined with a saline solution and injected into the target area.

How Do I Know What Is Right For Me?

Do your homework, and learn what you can about the procedures available! However, be aware that there is no substitute for talking with your surgeon and, together, coming up with a solution that will achieve your specific goals safely and effectively. Whether your hoping to have a few stubborn fat deposits removed or are interested in re-shaping the contours of your body, a consultation is a critical step in the process.

The cost of liposuction is often one of the first things people want to know when considering liposuction. Although the price of liposuction is an important factor, if you are looking for a successful outcome, finding a cosmetic surgeon with the necessary experience and expertise is what should count the most. So when considering the prices of liposuction, don’t make the mistake of offering your body up for the sake of saving a few bucks.

Lowest Cost of Liposuction Can be an Expensive Mistake

Selecting a liposuction surgeon based on the cheapest rate can ultimately result in an expensive choice. If the initial results of your liposuction surgery aren’t optimal, you may be forced to find another surgeon to fix the mistakes of the first. Some of the most common problems encountered due to having liposuction performed by an inexperience surgeon include:

incomplete liposuction with little evidence that anything was ever done

too much liposuction, resulting in disfigurement

uneven and irregular areas with unattractive depressions and lumps in the skin

excessive scarring resulting in lasting signs that the patient had liposuction.

Determining Factors in the Cost of Liposuction

There are several factors that determine the total cost of liposuction. They include:

patient’s body habitus (size)

time and effort required of the surgeon to perform liposuction

anesthesiologist fees (if anesthesia is required)

operating room fees

pre-operative blood work/laboratory fees

other surgery-related expenses, such as compression stockings, etc.

Liposuction costs are typically broken down into two categories: (1) non-surgical fees and (2) surgical fees.

Non-surgical fees include such things as:

pre-op blood/lab work

operating room

nurses

post-op supplies.

anesthesiologist (if needed).

Surgical fees include the actual cost of liposuction per body part. For example, if the price for performing liposuction on the hips is $2,400 and the price for the outer thighs is $3,000, then the total cost of the liposuction procedure, including non-surgical costs ($1,800), would equal $7,200.

Cost of Liposuction

Keeping in mind that your health and safety are what matter most, the following are what you can expect to pay from the low to high spectrum of fees (both surgical and non-surgical) for liposuction based on body part (U.S.-based estimates):

Abdomen, upper and lower: $3,000 to $7,500

Arms: $1,500 to $5,000

Back: $1,500 to $4,000

Buttocks: $1,500 to $4,500

Jowls, Cheeks, Chin, Neck: $2,000 to $4,500

Inner Thighs & Knees: $2,000 to $5,000

Outer Thighs & Knees: $1,600 to $5,000

Hips/Waist: $1,600 to $5,000

The cost of liposuction is important, but it shouldn’t be the most important factor. Considering you are permanently altering part of your body, it’s important to find a cosmetic surgeon who can provide you with optimum results at the least amount of risk.

Liposuction is considered a surgery. It is the process of removing excess fat cells from under the skin through suction. This procedure is most often used by individuals who are looking to lose weight or need to reshape a specific body part. Liposuction is not an easy fix for weight control. It should only be used by persons who are taking care of their body. Exercise and a planned diet are also parts of the liposuction success.

Most likely you will have some concerns about getting liposuction done. Like any surgery liposuction has its risks. You need to be absolutely sure that you really want to get liposuction before you go and have the surgery done. Over the age of forty is when many people finally decide to proceed with the liposuction surgery. This is probably because it is during this period in life when there is more freedom to male choices that focus on you. Your children are beginning to get older and you are financially stable. Improving your appearance is important to your outlook on life and can give you the boost of self confidence that you need. There are some concerns when someone over the age of forty considered getting liposuction.

One of the main concerns about liposuction after the age of forty is that as you get older your skin looses its elasticity. The ability for your skin to spring back into place is referred to as its elasticity. Whether you get liposuction or not you skins elasticity will slowly be lost with age. If you are over the age of forty and you skin has already started losing it’s elasticity than you may not be particularly happy with the results of liposuction.

A proper evaluation of your skins elasticity can be evaluated by your liposuction surgeon. Your doctor will be able to help you determine the effect that age has had on your skin and if liposuction will actually harm your skin rather than benefit it. If you do decide to have liposuction performed after the age forty then your doctor may need to recommend that less fat is removed from under the skin then if you were younger.

Pain is normally the major concern for people over forty and for the majority of individuals who is getting liposuction surgery done. If you have a low tolerance for pain then this procedure may not be worth it for you. You may feel this pain from any where from a week to a month, depending on what areas you get worked on and how much work you get done. The healing for those over forty often takes longer than those under forty. For those individuals over forty, this procedure could cause more pain the the healing process and sometimes takes longer. Any health issues that you may be facing could complicate the healing process and create more pain then is you were younger.

When you are planning to get liposuction done make sure you go to a doctor that you know you can trust. That is the most important thing of all. You need someone who will share with you any potential risks and who will care for your health. You need to have the best possible doctor for the job. Avoid liposuction facilities that offer special rates that sound too good to be true. Consult your surgeon if you are over forty. Ask for an evaluation of your health record and your skin’s elasticity. Your doctor will be able to help you determine if liposuction is best for you.

There are many terms that are associated with Liposuction, this includes Lipoplasty or fat modeling, Liposculpture, or in shorter terms Lipo. Although, the terms Liposuction, Lipoplasty, and Liposculpture differ in some ways but still they entail fat removal. Liposuction, as what we commonly call it, is a cosmetic surgery operation that can remove fats from the different areas of the body. Most people who want to undergo Liposuction want to extract the fat away from the neck, abdomen, thighs, buttocks, back of the arms, and practically elsewhere where there are great fat deposits.

Because of the popularity of Liposuction, many people especially those who find it difficult to manage their weights and body fats want to undergo Liposuction surgery. However, Liposuction is not accessible for everybody since the cost is not that affordable. Sometimes, there are several factors that can limit the amount of fat that can be removed in one session, thus fat removal may need several sessions – the more that it will become more costly.

On the other hand, no matter how costly Liposuction is, it is still one of the accessible surgeries that some individuals want to avail. There are several benefits of Liposuction that can still encourage people to undergo one, these are:

It is safe and effective. Liposuction compared to other fat removal and other surgery procedures is safer and more effective and it can easily be combined with other techniques in cosmetic surgery.

It gives improved health performance. Since Liposuction extracts the fats away from your body, then it has overall good effects to your system. Most, if not all, doctors agree that weight loss or fat loss is the best way to lessen the risks of heart diseases, diabetes, certain types of cancers, and other diseases that are associated with excess weight and sugar problems. Although, Liposuction has its limits that it cannot remove very large quantities of fat, but it can help remove up to 10 pounds of stubborn fats – those fats that resist diet and exercise.

Although uncommon, Liposuction can also give benefits to those who are in need of breast reduction. This type of surgery is often used when disproportionate large breasts can cause health problems such as migraines, headaches, back pains and even neck pains.

It enhances appearance. Those people who have low self esteem due to their inability to manage their weight properly can now move on to a normal life. Furthermore, even those people who find it difficult to remove fats away from the problem areas of their body can now make it possible. Liposuction also offers body smoothing and contouring effects by the simple virtue that one can fit into his or her clothes and feel better. Patients who undergo Liposuction can even find themselves that they can now join activities which they normally shied away.

It removes fat effectively. Fat is never been bad for the body. In fact, fat cells are designed to store unused energy for the body for survival purposes, insulation from cold, shock absorption, and the body’s source of emergency fuel. However, the specific areas of the body where fat is stored primarily depends on one’s body type and genetics. Liposuction is a very effective surgery for those who want to remove unwanted pockets of fat accumulated disproportionately in different areas of the body that contributes to more undesirable appearance.

It removes cellulite. Cellulite build up is caused by the fat cells which are pushed through the collagen connective tissues which are directly beneath the skin’s surface making a dimpled appearance or giving a cottage cheese look. The appearance of cellulite is not related with the amount of body fat a person has; it is even common to healthy people and even underweight people. However, cellulite is more common to women since women do not have tighter collagen mesh patterns compared to men. In this way, liposuction aids in cellulite removal in both men and women but it is not a permanent cure to cellulite. Since cellulite removal is dependent on many factors including genetics, one cannot expect that liposuction can 100% eliminate cellulite from the body.

Now as benefits are mentioned above, there are also risks, complications, or disadvantages entailed by Liposuction, these are:

Liposuction is costly. Not all people can afford Liposuction. Sometimes, one session is not enough to thoroughly remove fats from the body and it entails more costs for multiple sessions.

Excessive removal of fats can cause lumps and dents. Sometimes, if done excessively, Liposuction can cause lumpiness and dents around the area being treated. The more fats that are removed from the body, the more risks it entails.

Allergic reaction to medications and materials used during surgery may arise. There might be a tendency of an allergic reaction from the patient once the medications are applied and/or once the materials have been used to the body. This may result to complications and undesirable results.

An infection may occur. Once the body is incised or punctured, there is a greater chance for bacteria to get in and cause an infection. During the liposuction process, multiple small punctured wounds are made just to insert the cannula or tube, which may vary in size, to a part of a body which may cause infections.

Problems may arise during the insertion of the cannula. The cannula if not inserted properly can cause damage to the tissues beneath the skin which may show up as a spotted appearance on the skin’s surface. On the other hand, since the surgeon cannot see the cannula, sometimes it can damage the internal organ. However, experienced surgeons can unlikely puncture an internal organ.

Other complications can also include contour irregularities and fluid imbalance. These complications may arrive to the destruction of the internal organ or make a person in a bad shape.

Laser liposuction is a relatively new procedure used to achieve the same outcome as small liposuction surgeries. Using laser technology to remove fat cells from under the skin offers numerous advantages in terms of safety and costs over traditional liposuction methods. Some risk aversions offered by laser liposuction has to do with the smaller scale of the procedure but there are also advantages to the procedural differences as well. Most problems with liposuction arise from either the administration of anesthesia or from surgical complications and the new procedure does well to curb some of the risks.

The most common post-surgery complications that liposuction patients encounter are a result of poor clean-up after the surgery. Hematomas and seromas occur when a blood vessel is damaged and blood pools under the skin to cause discoloration. While these symptoms are temporary, severe cases can last for several months when proper drainage of the treated area right after surgery could speed up the healing process.

Blood loss is a major problem with traditional liposuction procedures. Laser liposuction however is more precise in targeting fat cells and the blood vessels that are damaged usually dry up from the heat of the laser.

Skin irregularities are another common issue with liposuction. This occurs when too many fat cells are removed from one area causing the skin to appear bumpy with dimples and grooves. Laser liposuction patients don’t quite have the same risks because this only occurs when an area of the body undergoes major treatment.

Also, laser liposuction patients only require local anesthesia as opposed to the general anesthesia that patients of traditional liposuction receive. This is beneficial in many ways because the patient is still awake which allows communication between patient and surgeon if anything feels funny during the procedure. The smaller dosage also saves a lot of the anesthesia costs which makes up a big chunk of liposuction prices.

Being a smaller operation than traditional liposuction it causes much less trauma to surrounding tissue so there is minimal risks of injury to internal organs and small risk of blood loss. Also, smaller incisions mean less chance of infection to the treated area.

Laser liposuction offers patients a safer choice if the desired alteration to their body is a minor one. The introduction of laser liposuction makes plastic surgery more available to people who initially only wanted small treatments.

Liposuction is a medical procedure entails the use of advanced medical technology, a handful of drugs and a series of processes, designed to make the physical frame of a person completely proportionate. It is the means of choice of those who are not willing to undergo long hours of exercise or dieting. It entails the use of advanced medical technology, a handful of drugs, and a series of procedures to help achieve a slim and curvaceous body. The surgeon chooses from an array of suction tubes, varying in size, or more intricate applications (ultrasound, laser, sound waves – for smart liposuction) in removing excess fat. Liposuction is a procedure that can be done on different body parts. These different body parts include the stomach, thighs, arms, chin and even breasts.

Liposuction is pricey however, which keeps lots of people from going through slimming surgery. There are many expenses entailed in liposuction surgery. These include advance medical technology, drugs, and a series of procedures, not to mention the surgeon’s fee as well. On addition, there are varying prices for each body part. Liposuction can cost around $3,000 – $7,500 for the stomach, $2,000 – $5,000 for thighs. $3,000 – $5,000 for arms, $2,000 – $4,000 for the chin and around $5,600 – $8,000 for breasts. There is even the smart liposuction procedure which uses intricate applications such as ultrasound, laser and sound waves that can cost up to $10,000.

This shows how expensive liposuction can get. Liposuction is a costly procedure that can cost up to thousands of dollars. Clearly, not everyone can afford an operation, much less, a full body overhaul. Fortunately these days, financing and insurance companies now hand out loans or financial plans for liposuction; so that an ordinary person can finally get that celebrity figure most people are dreaming about.

The number of people wanting to undergo liposuction is increasing due to the fact that more and more want to have that great body like the celebrities, but the price of liposuction have been one of the primary reason why those wanting to undergo it would choose not to. Luckily, the numbers of medical facilities who offer liposuction have increased and so looking for cheap liposuction would be no problem, as long as you know where to start. Going to websites in order to search for liposuction service would give you the chance to have a look at the prices, you can then compare them with other facilities have a good selection to choose from. Be sure to check out the background of the place first, even though some would charge a bit more compared to the others, they may have a better background and you can assured of your safety. Online forums may sometimes be a time consuming task since you have to register and post your questions and comments, but it is one of the best way to get an advice concerning your questions. You can get feedbacks from those who are going to get liposuction or even those who have taken liposuction and refer you to a good facility where they know you can be taken cared of. Asking your family doctor is a great help as well, by consulting with a professional in the medical field, they can advice you on which facility to offers cheap liposuction without the safety of the patient in trouble. You may be able to get a lower price as well since they can refer you to a surgeon who does liposuction and your doctor can make arrangements with that person. Ultimately you will still decide but being knowledgeable you can cancel out other choices and choose the best one possible.
